Privacy policy
How ChinaAI.chat handles information when you browse the website or contact our team.
Last updated:
1. Who is responsible
ChinaAI.chat is operated by Thinkly For Digital Business, based in Egypt. Content is published under the editorial name China AI Chat Team. For privacy questions and requests, email [email protected].
2. The website today
The website provides guides, information and links to official AI services. It currently offers no public visitor accounts, comments, advertising or on-site AI chat. We do not collect prompts for submission to AI model providers.
3. Information and its purposes
- Correspondence: when you email us, we receive your email address, any name, message or attachments you choose to send, and delivery information. We use these to answer your enquiry, review a correction or handle a privacy request.
- Technical visit information: hosting and delivery services process information that may include IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser and device details, and error or security information. This supports page delivery, service protection and troubleshooting.
- Performance measurement: the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and loading experience. Cloudflare states that this service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. This is separate from the technical information processed to deliver and protect the website. Read the service documentation.
We rely on legitimate interests in responding to visitors and operating and protecting the website for necessary correspondence and operational processing, where permitted by applicable law and without overriding your rights. Processing may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation or exercise or defend a legal right. Where optional processing requires consent, it is requested separately; reading this notice is not consent to that processing.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or private documents that are unnecessary for your request.
4. Hosting and data processing
Our website and email hosting use infrastructure provided by Leaseweb USA. Cloudflare provides website delivery, protection and performance measurement. Hosting and technical support providers handle information needed for their services, and the website team handles correspondence.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Processing locations depend on the service and its configuration. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Leaseweb’s data-protection information for their practices.
5. Retention
The storage period reported for our hosting service is 60 days. This is not a universal automatic-deletion deadline for every active mailbox message, technical log or record held by another provider.
The email-delivery tracking service displays a 10-day report history. That period concerns delivery reports, not mailbox contents. Correspondence retention depends on the need to finish an enquiry, document a correction, address a security issue or meet a legal obligation. You can request deletion of information you sent us through our contact address.
6. Cookies
WordPress uses cookies for site-administrator login. Protection services may use necessary cookies when anti-abuse or security-check features operate. No advertising network is currently enabled on the website. Security cookies depend on the feature in use; see Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect some functions.
7. External services
Links to DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen and other websites take you to services run by their respective operators. Information and conversations you enter there are handled under their privacy policies. ChinaAI does not manage your accounts or conversations with those services.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, your rights may include information about your data, access, correction or deletion, objection to or restriction of particular processing, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it, and a complaint to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Center or your competent authority.
Send requests to [email protected], describing the request and the email address you used to contact us. Do not send identity documents with the initial request. We may seek proportionate verification where needed to protect your information. Requests are reviewed under applicable law and any necessary retention obligations.
9. Updates
We will update this page when our practices change, including before introducing advertising, public accounts or on-site AI chat. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
