1. Who is responsible

ChinaAI.chat is operated by Thinkly For Digital Business, based in Egypt. Content is published under the editorial name China AI Chat Team. For privacy questions and requests, email [email protected].

2. The website today

The website provides guides, information and links to official AI services. It currently offers no public visitor accounts, comments, advertising or live on-site AI chat.

The official-chat directory includes a question-drafting box that works in your browser. It does not send your draft to ChinaAI or an AI provider. Copying places the text on your clipboard; you choose whether to paste it into an external service. Reloading or closing the tab clears the draft. The recorded answers on that page are saved examples, not replies to your question.

3. Information and its purposes

  • Email correspondence: when you email us, we receive your email address, any name, message or attachments you choose to send, and delivery information. We use these to answer your enquiry, review a correction or handle a privacy request.
  • Technical visit information: hosting and delivery services process information that may include IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser and device details, and error or security information. This supports page delivery, protection and troubleshooting.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: we use this service to measure page views and loading experience. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. That statement concerns analytics, rather than all data processed for delivery and protection. Read about Cloudflare Web Analytics.
  • Jetpack Stats: this Automattic service measures visits and which pages people read. Its processing includes IP addresses, browser information, visited and referring URLs, visit times, language and country. Jetpack’s documentation also lists a WordPress.com user ID and username when available for logged-in visitors. Automattic says identifying visitor information is not shown to website owners. Read about Jetpack Stats and Automattic’s visitor privacy notice.

For necessary correspondence and operational processing, we rely on legitimate interests to answer visitors and operate and protect the website, where permitted by applicable law and without overriding your rights. Processing may also be necessary to meet a legal obligation or exercise or defend a legal right. Where optional processing requires consent, it is requested separately. Reading this notice is not consent to that processing.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or private documents that are unnecessary for your request.

4. Hosting and data processing

Our website and email hosting use infrastructure provided by Leaseweb USA. Cloudflare provides website delivery, protection and performance measurement. Automattic provides Jetpack Stats. Hosting and technical support providers handle information needed for their services, and the website team handles correspondence.

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Locations depend on the service and its configuration. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Automattic’s visitor privacy notice and Leaseweb’s data-protection information for their practices.

5. How long we keep information

Retention periods for hosting data, email and delivery reports
InformationRetention
Data held under our website and email-hosting arrangements60 days.
Email correspondence60 days. Emails are deleted after this period.
Email-delivery reports10 days of report history. This is separate from mailbox contents.

The 60-day period applies to the data covered by our hosting and mailbox arrangements. Service providers may retain their own technical and analytics records under their separate policies; this period does not set their retention schedules.

You can request deletion of information you sent us by emailing [email protected]. See the request steps below.

6. Cookies

WordPress uses cookies for site-administrator login. Protection services may use necessary cookies when anti-abuse or security-check features operate. No advertising network is currently enabled on the website.

Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as using neither cookies nor local storage for its usage metrics. Other Cloudflare features may use cookies for delivery and protection. Cookie use depends on the feature in use; see Cloudflare’s analytics description, Cloudflare’s cookie documentation and Jetpack’s cookie documentation.

You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect some functions.

7. External AI services

Links to DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen and other websites take you to services run by their respective operators. Information and conversations you enter there are handled under their privacy policies. ChinaAI does not manage your accounts or conversations with those services, and our retention period does not apply to them.

8. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, your rights may include information about your data, access, correction or deletion, objection to or restriction of particular processing, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it, and a complaint to the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Center or your competent authority.

  1. Email [email protected] and describe what you want to access, correct or delete.
  2. Include the email address you used to contact us so we can identify the relevant correspondence.
  3. Do not send identity documents with the initial request. We may seek proportionate verification where needed to protect your information.

Requests are reviewed under applicable law and any necessary retention obligations.

9. Updates

We will update this page when our practices change, including before introducing advertising, public accounts or live on-site AI chat. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
