Method: I removed 1 exact duplicate, discarded 1 post-cutoff snapshot, then selected the latest remaining snapshot for each of 20 tickets by timezone-aware timestamp instant—not timestamp text. Final team/status determined the counts; reopened tickets remained open. Resolution medians use only final resolved tickets with valid opened <= resolved <= cutoff, as specified.

There was 1 duration exception: ticket T05 / E05-2, because its final resolved snapshot has a missing resolved_at_utc. It still counts as resolved but contributes no duration. Open/reopened tickets, superseded events, duplicates, and post-cutoff events are not duration exceptions, consistent with the dictionary.

Operationally, this is a point-in-time snapshot at the cutoff, not event-volume or SLA analysis; medians reflect only valid resolved durations and missing values were never treated as zero. Processing stayed local to the provided files and was not sent to an external service.
